IP cameras have video codecs and compressors built in which enables them to range from 2MP to 18MP. They behave like mini web servers that convert the video signal directly to an IP protocol such as RTSP and host a webpage that you can log into to configure features, assign an IP address and view live footage directly from a web browser.

IP cameras have video codecs and compressors built in which enables them to range from 2MP to 18MP. They behave like mini web servers that convert the video signal directly to an IP protocol such as RTSP and host a webpage that you can log into to configure features, assign an IP address and view live footage directly from a web browser.

Some models have a micro SD slot to record footage or configured alarm footage. Most IP cameras if not all are PoE powered – only needing 1 cat5 or 6 cable connected to a PoE switch.

We supply a wide variety of IP cameras to support customer basic and specific needs, for example, for gate automation we would provide an IP camera that has dry contact input and outputs to control gates, turnstiles and/or any access control or deterrent system using smart features coupled with today’s leading products.
